WeAreCT is a joint initiative between the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) and the Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF) to more easily connect all residents to the state’s extensive network of resources for prevention, mental health and substance use recovery.
